To avoid delays, we recommend allowing your displays to arrive ahead of your event deadline. Once an order leaves our facility, shipping is handled by the carrier. While carriers are generally reliable, delays or errors can occur. Please track your shipment and notify us of any issues so we can assist where possible.
- Please report any issues with your order within 5 calendar days of delivery. While same-day inspection is best, we understand that this may not always be possible.

Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be in original packaging and include all accessories.
- Orders under 30 days old may be refunded to the original payment method if return conditions are met.
- Orders older than 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
- Missing or damaged items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
- Photos may be required to assess issues prior to authorizing returns.
- If carrier damage is suspected, a claim may be filed and items may need to be held during investigation.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed as a workmanship error.
- All printed and custom items are non-refundable.
- No refunds can be processed after 14 days from receiving returned items or 30 days from order placement, whichever occurs first.
Warranties
- Standard products include a 6-month workmanship warranty starting from delivery.
- Advertising flags and event tents include a 30-day workmanship warranty.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, normal wear, or customer modifications.
- Do not disassemble products — doing so voids the warranty.
- Shipping costs related to warranty service are the buyer’s responsibility.
Canceling Orders
Orders incur administrative and production preparation costs as soon as they are placed. To account for these costs, a 10% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations within 2 calendar days of invoice date and before digital proof processing qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations after this window incur a 10% fee deducted from the refund.
