10ft. Stretch Fabric Pop Up Backdrop Display for Trade Shows

Half the price of other local options I found, delivered 8 days (6 business days) after I placed my order without any rush order expenses. The material is heavier duty than I was expecting, looks great, velcro is great, stitching is great, color and print are a perfect match to other items I've ordered from other companies over the last 5 years. The frame seems solid, but as a person who goes through at least one pop-up tent a year I know these things just are what they are... I don't think this is any more or less solid than any other flex structure we own, it's definitely worth the price.

The backdrop is beautiful, arrived on time and the printing is amazing. The price is affordable, especially next to a guy at the tradeshow who spent $5,000 on his backdrop display that hey said likely wouldn't last for too many more shows. Me and one other woman set this up out of the box in less than 5 minutes. The print was already mounted with sturdy velcro to the frame and clicked together in seconds.

I provided finalized artwork 25 days out from the date that I needed to have my backdrop in-hand, thinking that this would be plenty of time since they say a 7-business-day turnaround is standard. After purchase and submitting the artwork, I waited 9 business days before reaching out to ask about the status of the product. They reached back out but their message went to my spam folder and they didn't follow up via another method like a phone call. I reached out again a second time and they said that they have a lot of issues with their emails going to spam folders (probably should work on getting that properly configured), so I checked there and sure enough that's where it went. It was still 7 days out from the day that I needed the product but they said that now it would require a $300 rush fee (nearly 50% of the entire product cost). This company used to be reputable but is now untrustworthy and unwilling to work with customers. Buyer beware.

This display is great! Super easy to set up and looks really good. My only complaint is the magnets are not very strong and take some...let's call it maneuvering to get into place at times. Otherwise, worth the investment!

The banner arrived undamaged. We went back to the website to confirm assembly and it was very easy to put up and take down!

This product is perfect for all events and is the easiest backdrops I have ever assembled. This is the second one I purchased and and looking at some of their other products.

Our old step-and-repeat backdrop had always been a pain to set up and was also falling apart. This pop-up backdrop was everything we dreamed of and more—extremely easy to set up, very sturdy and well-made, graphics look great. Plus the Fantastic Displays staff were very helpful and made sure we got it in time for our big event. Online process to submit artwork was very easy as well.

We were in a rush and Fantastic Displays was able to get the product out in a timely manner for our trade show. There was a glitch in shipping out the frame, but they fixed that error and shipped it over night at no cost. The fabric print was great quality and I would highly recommend using them and will again for our future needs.
