Aluminum Plaque Lobby Sign FAQ
What do the 2 different letter types look like?
Dimensional letters for our plaques are laser cut on 3mm acrylic sheets. For this reason, we are not able to create signs with too many colors or letters with this type of lettering. It is recommended that you use flat digital graphics if your logo is very complex or colorful.
What materials are the dimensional letters made out of?
If you choose to have dimensional letter type on your aluminum plaque, we will custom cut your business name and logo out of the appropriate color 3-5mm cast acrylic. Logos with many colors and letters are not recommended for dimensional letters.
What do the 2 standoff finishes look like?

Can you use a different material than dibond for the plaque?
Yes! If you want use a pure aluminum plaque instead of dibond you may request it from us. We actually offer many different types of lobby signs. Visit our lobby sign section to see what we have to offer.
How long will it take to make my lobby sign?
Fabrication usually takes up to 7 business days depending on the material you choose and its availability. After your sign is made, we ship it out to you UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

Great except for hardware
Great product and turn around time. My only complaint is the hardware to install is a joke. Screws were way too small to hold the sign and the metal tube hardware had to be modified to fit through the sign. I would recommend this product but you may need to play with the installation hardware to make it work

love the satin finish
I was really impressed by the satin finish for our logo sign. Overall, the work was professional and makes our logo stand out. I had some issues uploading the file on my end but the FD team was very cooperative and helpful in helping me find an alternative way to get my logo to them. They were patient with me even though i'm not computer/tech savvy!

elegant and eye-catching! the best part of the process is that there was no set up fee if you provide your own logo vector. pricing was very direct on the website with no hidden fees added on later.

Very Sleak
Overall the look of our lobby sign makes for a great first impression when customers first walk in. We ordered digital and I wish I had gone with the dimensional lettering after having seen it in person. Will order again when we are ready but with 3D lettering.
